Birria Seasoned Butter for Proteins,Pasta,Veggies and Dipping!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Chile Guajillo powder

  • 3 tbsp of chicken bouillon

  • 2 tbsp of onion powder

  • 2 tbsp of garlic powder

  • 1 tsp of salt

  • 1 Stick of unsalted butter


Instructions for Birria Butter:

  1. Place your burner on medium-low heat and allow your pan to heat up for about 15 seconds

  2. Add one stick of salted butter to the heated pan

  3. Add one tablespoon of birria seasoning to the melted butter.

  4. Stir and fully combine the seasoning with the butter until everything is well-incorporated. Continue to cook the mixture for another 45 seconds

  5. The birria butter is now ready to be used
